This isn't goodbye

If you know me, you’ve probably heard me say something along the lines of, “be the captain of your own ship.” I heard that during graduate school when I was studying to become a counselor/therapist (which was basically a million years ago).

It stuck with me because at the time, it was a new concept for me to digest: You’re telling me I decide what I want to do in life? It doesn’t just happen to me?

Well, today, I still agree with that to some extent. But I also agree in forces outside of us that will drive us down paths we may have never seen coming. Sometimes that’s a good thing and sometimes it’s something to learn from.

I have absolutely loved creating and growing this business and don’t want to say goodbye. So, I won’t, But I will say, see you later (at least for a bit).

I’ve tried to juggle my portrait clients with my therapy clients and it’s proven to be a trick I no longer want to perform.

With that said, I’m proud to offer the standard, exceptional service to my portrait clients from now through February 2024 before I close the booking calendar for awhile and press pause while I develop my other business venture in private practice for mental health.

Thank you to my previous clients; you’ve done more for me and soothed my soul in a way that I could have ever imagined.

To my future clients, let’s have some fun! Traveling throughout Florida and the southeast region to offer personal branding, natural light & studio portraiture and wall art design.
